Our process from start to finish is one that is very easy for you and very informative for us. This makes your project reach completion as quickly and accurately as possible.

• Phase 1. We Learn About You. Once you have requested a proposal for your project we will contact you about your specific business goals, branding goals and project specific goals if you have not submitted the extra quote documentation provided on our website's request a quote page. If you have submitted this documentation we will thoroughly review it and prepare a proposal that is unique for your business. This proposal will include a time frame for project completion, documentation to show that we understand your goals and a price for the project.
• Phase 2. Design. Once you have accepted a proposal, signed a contract and made your deposit payment you will enter the design phase. During this phase we will use all the information gathered in the first phase to create your unique page layout(s). These layout will be emailed to you for approval. Once approved you move onto the next phase.
• Phase 3. Development. During this phase your website layout is converted to the appropriate coding, content management system or ecommerce platform. At this point you need to have ALL your content ready for the pages that you requested in your proposal. These pages can be submitted to us via email as word documents or separate labeled emails. We will take this information once your site is developed and plug in your content on the appropriate pages.
• Phase 4. Approval. Once your website is complete from our standpoint, we will email you and let you know that your website is complete. At this point we work with you to eliminate any errors, changes, additions or anything else that would keep the website from completion. Once you have made all changes you will asked to sign a document of completion saying that you agree that your website is 100% complete. At this point we will accept your final payment and move on to phase 5.
• Phase 5. Completion. In this phase we will set up hosting if ordered, emails if ordered and any other related services. We will also upload your website to that hosting or to your provided host. We make sure everything is working properly and turn the site over to you. This phase may involve continuing on to a marketing package or training in your chosen CMS.
